“I wanted to comment on the service I received recently. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the office staff. They were also very knowledgeable about residential overhead doors and helped guide me to the right solution. When I requested a tight timeline for the repairs (the next day AM.when I was there at closing the night before) they were very accommodating. I never write letters about service, but I was very impressed and wanted to let you know I appreciated it and enjoyed doing business with you.”
