HOLD-TITE™ Series
The HOLD-TITE™ vehicle restraint is available as a stand alone unit or integrated with other loading dock equipment through an optional integrated control panel. Unit incorporates a self contained motor/pump assembly. The HOLD-TITE helps prevent unexpected trailer departure from the loading dock and eliminates trailer creep by design during the loading/unloading process.
STOP-TITE™ Series
The STOP-TITE™ vehicle restraint is available as a stand alone unit or integrated with other loading dock equipment through an optional integrated control panel. Unit is self contained and motor/pump can be mounted remotely inside building, leveler pit, or other remote location. The STOP-TITE helps prevent unexpected trailer departure from the loading dock and minimizes trailer creep during the loading/unloading process.
HP Series
Hydraulic Dock Leveler:All HP series levelers can be equipped with STOP-TITE™ or HOLD-TITE™ vehicle restraint systems or a Light Communication System to help prevent unexpected trailer departure from th loading dock and minimize trailer creep during the loading/unloading process and to enhance communication at the dock area.
MA Series
Air Powered Leveler: McGuire MA Series air powered levelers can be equipped with STOP-TITE® or HOLD-TITE® vehicle restraint systems or a Light Communication System to help prevent unexpected trailer departure from the loading dock and minimize trailer creep during the loading/unloading process and to enhance communication at the dock area.
MP Series
Mechanical Dock Leveler: All MP Series mechanical levelers can be equipped with STOP-TITE™ or a HOLD-TITE™ series vehicle restraint or a Light Communication System to help prevent unexpected trailer departure from the loading dock and minimize trailer creep during the loading/unloading process and to enhance communication at the dock area.
Series TS101
Foam Dock Seal with Fixed Head Pad: Standard unit shall consist of two side pads that mount vertically along both sides of the door opening. Unit shall have one head pad that mounts horizontally across the top of the side pads. Various pad widths, projections, tapers and bevel shapes are available.
Series TS103
Foam Dock Seal with Curtain Head: Standard unit shall consist of two side pads that mount vertically along both sides of the door opening. The head curtain shall be secured at the building face by the means of a pressure treated, kiln dried before and after treating, 2″x4″ wood head frame, which shall be mounted over the top of the side pads with the head curtain tapering away to provide for adequate drainage. Unit shall include intermediate “Scotchply®” stays, a front tubular metal support and tension straps to keep head curtain taut. The support tubing shall be held in place by a fabric sleeve sewn into the head curtain. Various pad widths, projections, tapers and bevel shapes are available.
