Overhead Door Company of Dubuque™, locally known as Cedar Cross Overhead Door, has proudly served the tri-state area of Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois since 1956. Purchased by Dan and Elaine Pregler in 1982, this family-owned business has grown to become the leading name in garage door services for residential, commercial, farm, and industrial needs. Today, the second and third generations of the Pregler family, alongside a dedicated team of employees, continue to uphold the tradition of exceptional service and expertise.

From humble beginnings with just three employees, Overhead Door Company of Dubuque™ has expanded to a team of 16 full-time professionals. This includes two original installers who have been with the company since the Preglers assumed ownership in 1982. Their unparalleled expertise and commitment to craftsmanship set us apart as industry leaders.
